Lubricating grease for high temperatures and speeds
Kluberalfa lubricants based on perfluorinated polyether (PFPE) have been developed for specific applications where optimum performance under lifetime lubrication conditions is required.
Kluberalfa BF 83-102 has been designed to ensure long service life of rolling bearings subject to high speeds and very high permanent temperatures. Kluberalfa BF 83-102 is NSF H1 registered and therefore complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570.

Low-noise rolling bearing grease for the long-term lubrication of high-speed rolling bearings
Kluberquiet BQ 74-73 N is a rolling bearing grease based on synthetic hydrocarbon, ester oil and urea. It was especially developed for the lubrication of high-speed ball bearings operating at high temperatures.

Synthetic long-term grease for rolling and plain bearings, linear motion guides
ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA 52 is a synthetic long-term grease with good low-temperature properties. It has a good load-carrying capacity and ensures smooth running even at high speeds and accelerations.
The thickener made of special calcium soap ensures good adhesion to the component and good resistance to media. The additives contained in ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA 52 increase wear protection.

Fully synthetic compressor oils for the food-processing and pharmaceutical industry
Kluber Summit HySyn FG oils are air compressor oils based on synthetic hydrocarbon oils. They can be mixed with mineral oils and other synthetic hydrocarbon oils.
The oils offer good oxidation stability due to the synthetic base oil, thus minimizing oxidation residues in the compressors and extending oil change intervals and the service life of oil filters and separators.

High-speed lubricating grease
Kluberspeed BF 72-22 is a high-performance special grease with a synthetic base oil and a polyurea thickener. The base oil viscosity and its viscosity-temperature characteristics allow Kluberspeed BF 72-22 to be used for a wide range of speeds and temperatures. Tests have shown that Kluberspeed BF 72-22 is suitable for extremely high speeds; speed factors of up to 2 million were attained. Kluberspeed BF 72‑22 also allows shorter running-in times and has a long service life.
