Kluberplex BEM 41-132 is based on synthetic hydrocarbon oil, mineral oil and a special lithium soap. Special additives ensure optimum oxidation resistance as well as protection against wear and corrosion.
Fully synthetic compressor oils for the food-processing and pharmaceutical industry
Kluber Summit HySyn FG oils are air compressor oils based on synthetic hydrocarbon oils. They can be mixed with mineral oils and other synthetic hydrocarbon oils.
The oils offer good oxidation stability due to the synthetic base oil, thus minimizing oxidation residues in the compressors and extending oil change intervals and the service life of oil filters and separators.
They are NSF H1 registered.
Dynamically light, long-term lubricating grease
ISOFLEX LDS 18 SPECIAL A is a dynamically light long-term grease for plain and rolling bearings. It consists of ester oil, mineral oil and lithium soap. The product is resistant to ageing, oxidation and water, and it protects reliably against corrosion.
Synthetic long-term grease for rolling and plain bearings, linear motion guides
ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA 52 is a synthetic long-term grease with good low-temperature properties. It has a good load-carrying capacity and ensures smooth running even at high speeds and accelerations.
The thickener made of special calcium soap ensures good adhesion to the component and good resistance to media. The additives contained in ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA 52 increase wear protection.

High-speed lubricating grease
Kluberspeed BF 72-22 is a high-performance special grease with a synthetic base oil and a polyurea thickener. The base oil viscosity and its viscosity-temperature characteristics allow Kluberspeed BF 72-22 to be used for a wide range of speeds and temperatures. Tests have shown that Kluberspeed BF 72-22 is suitable for extremely high speeds; speed factors of up to 2 million were attained. Kluberspeed BF 72‑22 also allows shorter running-in times and has a long service life.
