Lubricating grease for high temperatures and speeds
Kluberalfa lubricants based on perfluorinated polyether (PFPE) have been developed for specific applications where optimum performance under lifetime lubrication conditions is required.
Kluberalfa BF 83-102 has been designed to ensure long service life of rolling bearings subject to high speeds and very high permanent temperatures. Kluberalfa BF 83-102 is NSF H1 registered and therefore complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570.

High-speed spindle bearing grease
Kluberspeed BFP 42-32 is a high-speed spindle bearing grease with a synthetic base oil and a special lithium thickener. Due to its base oil viscosity and the chemical composition Kluberspeed BFP 42-32 can be used for high-speed spindle bearings where it achieves a longer service life than conventional spindle bearing greases.

Spindle bearing grease
ISOFLEX NBU 15 is a high-speed grease with a good pressure absorption capacity.
It consists of a combination of ester oil, synthetic hydrocarbon oil and mineral oil and a barium complex soap. It offers good protection against wear and corrosion and is resistant to water, media and oxidation.

High-temperature and long-term grease for rolling bearings
Kluberplex BEM 41-132 is based on synthetic hydrocarbon oil, mineral oil and a special lithium soap. Special additives ensure optimum oxidation resistance as well as protection against wear and corrosion.

Kluber Summit HySyn FG 15, 32, 46, 68

Fully synthetic compressor oils for the food-processing and pharmaceutical industry
Kluber Summit HySyn FG oils are air compressor oils based on synthetic hydrocarbon oils. They can be mixed with mineral oils and other synthetic hydrocarbon oils.
The oils offer good oxidation stability due to the synthetic base oil, thus minimizing oxidation residues in the compressors and extending oil change intervals and the service life of oil filters and separators.
They are NSF H1 registered.

Kluberfood NH1 M 4 - 100

Fully synthetic high-performance oils for high-speed can closing machines
The Kluberfood NH1 M 4-100, -150, -220 oils are mineral oil-free products based on synthetic hydrocarbons.
Klüberfood NH1 M 4-100, -150, -220 oils are NSF H1 registered and therefore comply with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. In addition to their good anti-corrosion properties, Klüberfood NH1 M 4-series has a very good oil and water absorption behaviour.
