High-temperature oil for oil-lubricated stenters in the textile industry
Klubersynth HT 2-220 CN is a specialty synthetic chain oil for the high temperature applications, which can provide reliable lubrication and protection under high temperatures and high loads. This oil has very good adhesion and spreading property, which can quickly and effectively form the lubricating film in the lubrication points.  Klubersynth HT 2-220 CN has very good anti wearing performance and load capacity.

Synthetic high-temperature chain oil
HOTEMP SUPER CH 2-100 is a synthetic high-temperature chain oil based on a low-viscous, solvent-free and thermally stable ester oil.
The special additives contained in HOTEMP SUPER CH 2-100 ensure good wear protection and lubricity.
HOTEMP SUPER CH 2-100 has only low evaporation losses at high operating temperatures.

High-temperature oil for continuous wood panel presses
HOTEMP SUPER N PLUS is a special high-temperature oil for use on the latest generation of continuous board presses subject to highest process temperatures and speeds.
HOTEMP SUPER N PLUS is an advanced product based on the HOTEMP...series with further development in terms of evaporation losses at temperatures between 230°C and 260°C.

High-temperature cleaning and lubricating oil for chains
Klubertherm CH 2-140 has improved thermal stability and load carrying capacity, which enables it to provide good wear protection for bending rods/bolts, rollers and chains during normal production. At the same time, the cleaning additives in the oil dissolve/suspend the pasty residues and flush them away from the lubrication point, thus providing a good cleaning effect without disturbing the production schedule.

High-temperature chain oil
HOTEMP PLUS is a synthetic high-temperature chain oil for textile and plastic processing machines ensuring reliable operation even at high temperature and stress.
It creeps very well and thus rapidly forms a lubricating film.
Its specific additive combination makes HOTEMP PLUS is highly resistant to pressure and wear. Special adhesion improvers prevent the oil being thrown off the lubrication point.
HOTEMP PLUS is very efficient against the settling of finishing and softening compounds and their condensates at the point of friction. The few residues created by synthetic constituents are easy to regenerate by adding fresh oil.
