Klubersynth UH1 14-1600 is a synthetic high-performance lubricating grease. It is registered as NSF H1 and complies with FDA 21 CFR Sec. 178.3570. It is a contributor towards the supporting of food safety. Its soft consistency, good wear protection and scuffing load stage 11 in the FZG test ensure good lubricant distribution and reduced wear in the gear.

It is approved by Flender, SEW, etc.

In modern weaving machines, high-performance gear oils are expected to enable longer maintenance intervals at high production speeds.
It is with this trend in mind that we developed our Klubersynth 50 KV, 80 KV and 100 KV oils. These are synthetic high-performance gear oils based on polyglycol. They are resistant to ageing, protect reliably against wear and offer an excellent load-carrying capacity as well as viscosity-temperature behaviour.

Our fully synthetic long-term fluid gear grease Klubersynth GE 46-1200 based on a polyglycol base oil and a lithium soap thickener was especially developed to meet the tough requirements of advanced small gears.

MICROLUBE GB 00 is a special mineral oil based grease free from solid lubricants. It has a high pressure absorption capacity, provides excellent protection against wear and corrosion, shows good wetting behaviour, water resistance and backflow behaviour.
