Multi-purpose greases for rolling and plain bearings
CENTOPLEX 2 and 3 are multi-purpose greases based on oxidation-resistant mineral oils and lithium soap. They meet the rolling bearing grease requirements according to DIN 51825 K. Due to the good resistance to working under normal temperatures and loads these greases can be used for long-term lubrication. The more viscous CENTOPLEX of NLGI grade 3 is to be used for bearings with inclined or vertical shafts or insufficiently sealed bearings.
Synthetic high-performance gear oils for weaving machines
In modern weaving machines, high-performance gear oils are expected to enable longer maintenance intervals at high production speeds.
It is with this trend in mind that we developed our Klubersynth 50 KV, 80 KV and 100 KV oils. These are synthetic high-performance gear oils based on polyglycol. They are resistant to ageing, protect reliably against wear and offer an excellent load-carrying capacity as well as viscosity-temperature behaviour.
High-temperature long-term greases
Klubertemp HM greases are long-term lubricating greases based on perfluoropolyether oil and PTFE which has been specifically designed for high-temperature lubrication. Owing to the base oil viscosity and the high load-carrying capacity, Klubertemp HM greases are particularly suitable for the initial and relubrication of medium-speed rolling bearings subject to high temperatures and loads.
Special lubricating greases for boundary friction conditions and tribo-corrosion
MICROLUBE GL 261, GL 262 greases are special lubricating greases on a mineral oil base, special lithium soap and the MICROLUBE additive package. Running-in wear is reduced to a minimum. In addition, the MICROLUBE additive package provides protection in the boundary friction regime, thus preventing tribo-corrosion. These greases have the capacity to absorb high pressures, and they have good anti-corrosion properties.
Synthetic heavy-duty grease for long-term lubrication
Klubersynth HBE 94-401 is a lubricating grease based on high-quality synthetic base oil and a special calcium complex soap thickener. This combination enables the formation of a lubricating film with high resistance to mechanical loads providing excellent wear protection. Moreover, Klubersynth HBE 94-401 is resistant to water and has a good sealing effect due to the special thickener component used.
Semi-synthetic, biodegradable, high-performance needle and sinker oils
In the knitting industry, compatibility of materials, wear protection and scourability are becoming more and more stringent. Kluber Silvertex T needle oils are based on special mineral and synthetic base oils and additives. These oils are biodegradable according to OECD - 301 c. They reduce wear and deposits on stitch-forming elements, thus ensuring long and trouble-free operation of knitting machines, while at the same time reducing operating costs.
Synthetic air compressor oils for oil change intervals up to 8,000 operating hours
Kluber Summit SB oils are air compressor oils based on synthetic hydrocarbons and additives. These oils are miscible with mineral oils and synthetic hydrocarbon oils, but not with oils based on polyglycol.
Kluber Summit SB oils offer excellent oxidation and ageing stability and show a good viscosity-temperature behaviour.
