Operational lubricant for large girth gear drives
Kluberfluid C-F 3 Ultra is a lubricant of a new generation, developed specifically for the lubrication of medium-size to large girth gear drives. It is based on synthetic hydrocarbons and mineral oil. It provides good adhesion, excellent resistance to high pressure and protection against wear. This product is suitable for use at component temperatures up to 120°C.
Kluberfluid C-F 3 Ultra meets the requirements of ANSI/AGMA 9005-E02 annex D-2.

Easily scourable, wear-protecting needle and sinker oils
Kluber Madol 920 N oil based on special mineral base oils and additives.
It ensure reliable wetting of the friction points in your knitting machine, keep needle grooves clean and extend the needle life.
The oil' good oxidation stability contribute to reduce wear and deposits on stitch-forming elements, thus ensuring long and trouble-free operation of knitting machines, while at the same time keeping maintenance costs to a minimum.

Biodegradable high-performance needle and sinker oils
In the knitting industry, requirements in terms of consistent product quality, compatibility of materials, wear protection and scourability are becoming more and more stringent. Kluber Silvertex W needle oils are based on special mineral base oils and additives. These oils are biodegradable according to OECD - 301 c. They reduce wear and deposits on stitch-forming elements, thus ensuring long and trouble-free operation of knitting machines, while at the same time reducing operating costs.

Special lubricating grease for rolling bearings subject to high loads, low speeds and vibrations
Kluberplex BEM 41-301 shows good wear protection under rotating or oscillating movement and high impact loads. Due to its good compatibility with commercial sealing materials, the grease can be used ror a wide range of applications.

High-temperature and long-term grease for rolling bearings
Kluberplex BEM 41-132 is based on synthetic hydrocarbon oil, mineral oil and a special lithium soap. Special additives ensure optimum oxidation resistance as well as protection against wear and corrosion.

Rolling bearing grease for long-term lubrication
Klubersynth BQP 72-82 is designed for small rolling bearings in which material fatigue due to vibration in combination with pressure and temperature can occur. It is based on ester oil and polyurea thickener and made according to a special manufacturing procedure, facilitating smoother running of rolling bearings. With its above-average corrosion protection properties, it also extends the lifetime of rolling bearings.
