Water-miscible, two-component bonded coatings with different contents of solid matter for automotive body seals
Klubertop TP 22-1310 N /A/B and Klubertop TP 27-1310 are black two-component bonded coating cross-linking at ambient temperature which contain special solid matter and an organic, water-miscible binding agent. The bonded coating offers good adhesion to e.g. EPDM, TPE, FPM, PUR etc.

Thermosetting bonded coating
Klubertop TG 05 N is a thermo-setting, grey-black bonded coating based on graphite and an organic binding agent. Once applied and hardened, the coating forms a dry lubricant layer which has a very wide service temperature range and a low friction coefficient, ensures that there is no stick slip at low speeds, has a long service life and is very resistant to wear. In addition, this product has an excellent resistance to oil, and chemicals. It also provides good corrosion protection on phosphated surfaces.

Klubertop TP 38-901 is a water-miscible, thermosetting for the food-processing, drinking water and pharmaceutical industries.
The dry film provided by Klubertop TP 38-901 fulfils the following requirements:

Water-based heat-setting single-component bonded coating free from co-solvent for visible elastomers
Klubertop TP 28-1311 is a black, single-component bonded coating for elastomers. It is a heat-setting lubricant and therefore particularly suitable for online application on sponge and conventional rubber profiles.
One of the main advantages of this product is its good adhesion on various elastomers.

Water-miscible, thermo-setting PTFE-based bonded coating for low to medium loads
Klubertop TP 46-111 is a thermosetting, black bonded coating based on polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and an organic, water-dilutable binder.
Klubertop TP 46-111 is a ready-to-use fluid containing water as a solvent.
Adhesion to metals and various plastics is good.
