High-temperature lubricating greases
STABUTHERM GH 461 and STABUTHERM GH 462 are high-temperature lubricating greases based on mineral oil and polyurea. They have a wide service temperature range and can be applied in rolling bearings up to 180°C. If the lubricant is used in central lubrication systems, operating temperatures up to 200°C are possible. They have feature highly effective anti-wear properties. The greases are very adhesive and resistant to water both under static and dynamic load. They are resistant to oxidation and provide reliable protection against corrosion.

Special lubricating grease for metal pairings in the boundary friction regime
MICROLUBE GNY 202 is a special lubricating grease based on mineral oil. It also contains special sodium soap and the MICROLUBE additive package, which ensures a wear-free surface finish. Running-in wear is reduced to a minimum. In addition, the MICROLUBE additive package provides protection in the boundary friction regime. MICROLUBE GNY 202 shows high resistance to pressure and good anticorrosion properties.

Kluberplex BE 31-102…-222…-502 are lubricating greases based on mineral oil and special calcium soap. They offer high resistance to mechano-dynamical loads and good adhesion properties. Kluberplex BE 31-102…-222…-502 are highly resistant to media, water and water vapour.

Isoflex Topas NCA 52

Synthetic long-term grease for rolling and plain bearings, linear motion guides
ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA 52 is a synthetic long-term grease with good low-temperature properties. It has a good load-carrying capacity and ensures smooth running even at high speeds and accelerations.
The thickener made of special calcium soap ensures good adhesion to the component and good resistance to media.
The additives contained in ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA 52 increase wear protection.
