PM-3204

The PM-3204 are a range of hot-pressing devices for joining of Habasit belts. They are capable of Thermofix (skived) Flexproof (finger) and Step-Flex (finger over finger) joining of all Habasit belts which can be joined in the standard temperature range

PM-1604

The PM-1604 is a hot pressing device for Thermofix, Flexproof, and Step-Flex joining of Habasit belts and tapes up to a width of 1,600 mm and a thickness of 10 mm.

AF-30/0

The AF-30 is a device for preparing (die-cutting) of Habasit belts and tapes up to a width of 30 mm and a thickness of 3 mm for Flexproof (finger) joints. It is suitable for the standard Habasit finger geometries with a pitch of 6 or 8 x 30 mm (different cutting heads).

PT-300

The PT-300 is a hot-pressing device designed for joining Habasit driving and conveyor belts up to 300 mm wide and 8 mm thick using the Thermofix procedure. The hot-pressing device PT-300 is suitable for both workshop and portable use.

PM-459

Equipped with 160 platens, Model PM-459 features 450 mm max belt width. Units include insulation to avoid excessive heating of press body, and plastic sliding pad on bottom of press to prevent damage to conveyors during installation and to optimize stability during joining.

SM-1203

The SM-1203 is a cutting machine to longitudinally cut Habasit belts and tapes up to a width of 1,410 mm and a thickness of 10 mm (depending on material).
