Kluberfluid D-F 1 ULTRA is a running-in and repair lubricant suitable for manual spray application. It is based on mineral oil thickened with lithium soap and contains special additives.

Fluid grease for rolling and plain bearings subject to high loads
COSTRAC AK 0 is a multi-purpose fluid grease based on mineral oil. It offers good water resistance and corrosion protection even at high temperatures.

Kluber Summit Varnasolv is a concentrated conditioner fluid containing synthetic ester oil and cleaning additives. It is miscible with mineral oils, synthetic hydrocarbons, ester oils and polyglycols.

High-temperature and long-term lubricant for rolling bearings subject to high loads
PETAMO GHY 443 and PETAMO GHY 441 (recommended for relubrication due to its softer consistency) are special lubricating greases based on ester oil and polyurea thickener. The greases have been especially designed for the lubrication of rolling and plain bearings subject to high loads and temperatures. Being an efficient alternative to mineral oil based products, PETAMO GHY 443 and PETAMO GHY 441 achieve a much longer service life and therefore help to reduce maintenance costs. Due to their high base oil viscosity and excellent thermal stability they are mainly used for large rolling bearings.

High-temperature lubricating paste
Wolfracoat C is a grey high-temperature lubricating paste containing metal solid lubricant pigments (e.g. copper, graphite). Wolfracoat C counteracts excessive friction, wear and seizing at lubricating points subject to high loads. Wolfracoat C forms a thermally stable lubricating film. At temperatures above 200°C, the solid lubricants remain in the friction points and protect against tribocorrosion and fretting of e.g. fits up to 1200°C.
