Aqueous graphite suspension
Kluberplus S 01-004 is a stable, aqueous graphite suspension used for applications at very high temperatures. It is free from solvents and thus prevents environmental contamination by solvent evaporation. In an undiluted condition Kluberplus S 01-004 is characterized by a very good wetting capacity, good corrosion protection and high stability.

Lubricating grease with high resistance to ambient media
The industry imposes increasingly diverse and stringent requirements on lubricating greases. Many applications require greases offering good wear protection, high mechano-dynamical stability and water resistance.
For such requirements we developed STABURAGS NBU 30, a lubricating grease based on mineral oil and a barium complex soap.
STABURAGS NBU 30 offers good wear and corrosion protection as well as resistance to water and many diluted alkaline and acidic solutions, thus extending relubrication intervals and reducing operating costs.

High-temperature long-term greases

Graphite based operational lubricant for open gear drives
Because of its unique chemical composition based on an aluminium soap thickener, the GRAFLOSCON C-SG 0 ULTRA provide good adhesion that protects the tooth flank even at extreme loads.The life of the gear is enhanced by the presence of fine graphite particles that form a protective layer and prevent damage.
The vibrations and temperature difference across the tooth flank are reduced. The gears are also protected against corrosion due to the special additives.

High-temperature screw paste
Kluberpaste HEL 46-450 is a black hot screw paste for high-alloy steels. It contains fully synthetic polyalkylene glycol and ester base oils and a combination of inorganic solid lubricants.
Kluberpaste HEL 46-450 is suitable for a temperature range between -40°C and 1000°C. In the normal temperature range (i.e. below 200°C) it shows good anticorrosion behaviour and good water resistance. Above 200°C it acts as a dry lubricant.

Repair lubricant for open girth gear drives
Kluberfluid D-F 1 ULTRA is a running-in and repair lubricant suitable for manual spray application. It is based on mineral oil thickened with lithium soap and contains special additives.
