AT-60

The AT-60 is a preparing device for skiving of Habasit belts and tapes up to a width of 60 mm and a thickness of 2 mm. The AT-60 is especially suitable for occasional preparation of single belts or spindle tapes on site in maintenance.

AF-61/0

The AF-61/0 is a preparing device (die-cutting tool) for 8x30 mm Flexproof finger geometry. It is designed mainly for Habasit machine tapes and belts up to 3 mm thickness. The AF-61/0 has a movable cutting head with two blades. It can be positioned by a pin in steps of 8 mm, ensuring the required accuracy.

AT-306

The AT-306 is a preparing device for skiving of Habasit belts up to a width of 300 mm and a thickness of 8 mm.
The AT-306 is especially suitable for preparation of Thermofix joints of power transmission belts in the fabrication workshop in large series.

PQ-59

Hot-pressing device for joining of thermoplastic belts up to 50 mm wide and 3.6 mm thick. Specifcally designed for machine tapes and spindle tapes.

AFZ-1200

The AFZ-1200 is used for efficient die-cutting of Habasit belts and tapes up to a width of 1,250 mm and a thickness of 8 mm for the Flexproof or Step-Flex (only two-ply belts) joining methods. It is suitable for all standard Habasit finger geometries with a pitch of 10 mm or 20 mm
